Classroom training for ConEst IntelliBid estimating software is held in multiple cities.

IntelliBid Basic Training
From job registration through setting up a phase tree, takeoff, summary, bid recap and completing a bid template, this 3-day class is geared to new users and those who want to review the fundamentals of using IntelliBid for complete estimating.

IntelliBid Advanced Training
This 5-day course includes the content of the 3-Day Basic Training class plus in-depth instruction on how to use the program’s advanced takeoff features including Smart Substitution, Advanced Breakout, Count Sheets, Temporary Assemblies, Change Orders, AssemblyVue, ItemVue and ConEst Electrical Formulas. A brief overview of BidTrac, JobTrac and T&M Billing Manager is also covered during the last half of the day on Friday.

IntelliBid Administration
Customize IntelliBid for maximum benefit to your company. This comprehensive, 3-day class focuses on IntelliBid’s database to give you the knowledge and skills you need to perform Item Library and Substitution Maintenance, edit and create assemblies, set up bid templates and to modify the program’s preset Electrical Formulas. A general review of IntelliBid’s Administrator including setting up user rights, multiple databases and establishing vendor discounts is also covered. A suggested prerequisite is attendance of 3-day Basic or 5-day Advanced training class.

The classes are hands-on and are conducted in a lecture format. Laptops and training materials are provided for each attendee.
