2010 Classroom Training
Classroom training for ConEst IntelliBid estimating software is held in multiple regional locations. Classes are held 8:30 am – 4:30 pm daily with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 – 1:00 pm. The classes are hands-on and are conducted in a lecture format. Laptops and training materials are provided for each attendee.

ESTIMATING WITH INTELLIBID $1280
Beginning with a brief overview of job registration, this course will take the estimator through phase tree setup, takeoff, summary and bid recap including comprehensive instruction on the use of IntelliBid’s Smart System® features including Smart Substitution, Advanced Breakout, Count Sheets and Temporary Assemblies as well as a complete review of the process of creating change orders and alternate bids. The fundamentals of building custom material assemblies will also be covered in this class. The Estimating with IntelliBid class focuses on how to use IntelliBid to generate bids and how to use the program’s advanced takeoff features.
RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITE
Basic computer skills and a core understanding of the estimating process is recommended. It is also suggested that you complete the Introductory I and II free online training sessions that are included with the purchase of IntelliBid, view the program’s built-in training videos, or complete the takeoff tutorial included in the back of your IntelliBid Installation & Getting Started Guide prior to attending this class. The more exposure you have to the software prior to attending an Estimating with IntelliBid training course will help you gain the most benefit from the class.

INTELLIBID ADMINISTRATION $1150
Customize IntelliBid for the maximum benefit of your company. This 3-day, comprehensive training class focuses on IntelliBid’s database to give you the knowledge and skills you need to perform Item Library and Substitution Maintenance, edit and create assemblies, set up bid templates and modify the program’s preset formulas. Setting up user rights, multiple databases and establishing vendor discounts are also covered in this course.

INTELLIBID TRAINING LAB $500
Getting the most out of your ConEst IntelliBid estimating program means taking control of your materials and labor database. Learning how to manage and organize the items in your IntelliBid database will save you time and give you a significant advantage over your competitors. Understanding the structure of the IntelliBid database will allow you to create your own material items, create and edit your own assemblies, and organize the database to fit the way you want to use it. This two day training lab will focus on Database Administration, with Item and Library Maintenance as the main topics. Emphasis will be given to practical industry tips and tricks.
